Apparently Pencil In Printer Is a Strange Occurrance

Also I don’t know how to spell Occurrance.

Anyway…the ink ran out at page 260, so I had to go on a Vitally Important Ink Seeking Mission that took me from Lauriston Place all the way to someplace in Newington. (see map) I took a bus back, on the principle that as I’ve got a Ridacard – payed for monthly at a flat rate – it’s actually wasteful NOT to use the bus at any opportunity (dropping of hats, development of blisters, it being raining, laziness in general etc…)

It was also because I’d been standing for the previous four hours or so painting individual hairs on to the back of a Winged Monkey. Like a BOSS.

So that was one success, being sort of economical and also blowing £20 on ink, at the same time. Now I can print out the ramaining 58 pages and find someone I can emotionally blackmail into going to the Post Office for me so I don’t have to do it. As Mother is going to be in Denmark until next week, it’ll probably be my Dad.*

In other news, I’m meant to be at the Nerd Herd (well, meant to be as in I wanted to be) but spending a few hours in the library asleep on a book of Burne-Jones ( I WILL do art history, actual curriculuu(uuuuu?)m be fucked) until it started and then getting the bus back lateish afterwards were just off putting, so I bailed and came home. Thus, blog.

I’m putting Finding Printer Ink and Abusing Bus Pass down as Skills. I’ve also mastered the art today of Being Unable to Work the Photocopier. Yay!

A Map Like Map Made Of Map With Dots. Not 'The Mona Lisa'

*Never mind the fact that I’m in town every day and probably walk past a PO every day (as well as a cast of a sculpture of Lorenzo d’Medici)…no one wants to take a brick of paper in a ridiculously big Jiffy bag into town on the bus.
